 <li>Downtok's One-Time payment option does not require a subscription. Buy once, own forever.</li>
 <li>Downtok offers two auto-renewing subscription options: $1.99 monthly or $6.99 annually</li>
 <li>Prices are for United States customers. Actual charges may vary in other countries and will be converted to the local currency.</li>
 <li>Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon subscription confirmation.</li>
 <li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.</li>
 <li>The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and at the cost of the chosen package.</li>
 <li>If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.</li>
